I wish that you could get Rune Pages easier, like if you hit a certain level you unlock the Presets

Instead of how it is now where you have no other choices other than to spend nearly an entire newly released champion's worth in BE or RP in order to get a single one. You think you could do that Riot? Maybe make it so if you hit level 30 all of your shitty beyond useless Preset pages unlock to become account owned and customizable?

It would definitely be appreciated by players, having more convenience that didn't come with an absurd price tag.
