Unholy Grail or the Duality Item

I know was reworked as a support item, yet as a Supp I wouldn't bother to pay a bit more for it to be more effective.

Lets put it like this; this is a duality item, your mana is lower than your life? you regain mana, reverse case? you gain life.

It's passive also causes you to get some of your damage as bonus healing on your next heal or shield.

It would be super themathic for it to: convert healing and shielding into unholy? charges which you can use to deliver some extra damage on your next spell -it doesn't have to be too much- I don't wan't op things going on, maybe the charges could grant % damage on champ spells and they are lost 2 seconds after dealing spell damage to an enemy champion. Gameplay wise it would be interesting to see the support focus on healing his wounded ADC and stacking charges to release an empowered poke. Of course the cost would be increased, but I think paying 300 or 500 more is ok.
