We need the item build menu again

Though some people believe that not all items should be built for every game I find myself doing basically the same build for champions game, after game, after game. I want to be able to scroll down and have my items already organized again so i don't have to wait and search for the items I want and build every game, and if i need different items for a situation ill look for them for that particular situation.
