Add an option to export/import Item Sets.

I think it would be nice to be able to export and import item sets. It would be a nice way to share an uncommon build, or even a common one.

I play a bit of morgana, but I dont like her set geared only for support. To fix that i'd create a custom item set. It would be n ice to be able to zip and email it to a friend so that they could import it and use it.

It would just be nice, and save some time. You know, just one of those things you do, not for profit, but because you like us =)
