Everyone I talk to in game misses the old Fiora like I do...
Everyone in the message boards just LOVES the Fiora rework.
What gives?
I personally have been griping about having my main destroyed by the developers.
This is where I get to vent about that in the message boards...
That is the purpose of them.

Fiora was brain dead in her original design. She would not fit in today’s Meta, and would be outclassed considering that her ulti plus five Tiamats don’t work anymore. Even Phreak could not do well in her old champion spotlight.
Old Fiora was horrible. But if you just played around her ult. She was alright. Much like Poppy. Both are currently hot messes, seemingly designed to counter each other.
People talk smack about the old Fiora... but that was my champ. You guys didn't play her. Not like I did. Not like I still do today.
No one has played Fiora more than me new or old.
Why does everyone elses opinion matter more than mine?
I used to main her and miss old Fiora, but mainly for nostalgic reasons.
I don't like her rework, especially considering it went on to symbolize the mindset from the design team to keep adding more to new champions and reworks, but old Fiora was actually really bad past Silver.
You could early game cheese with QAAQAA combo really easily, but if someone picked something like a Malphite, you'd be boned even with a gank. If the enemy played smart, then you'd be out of luck as well because all they had to do to counter old Fiora was build armor.
Low ELO players always cried about her ult, but really it was just something that was pretty and was useful during dives against strong opponents. It could actually be stopped as well by things like old WW's ult and Akali's shroud.
She'd do even worse in this meta, especially since a lot of overloaded champions are played top. Her old kit was the definition of binary.
Yes bring it back so we can have fiora be useless instead of obscenely broken please
Oh, heaven forbid you lost that form of Fiora for this current one that possesses true damage on the scale of Vayne's, a Q that does pretty much the same thing but isn't a point click but procs your "balanced" passive, a W that can eat cc and stun a target with it, an upgraded E that possesses a slow and a crit, and an ult that reveals all 4 vital locations and grants movespeed, and after either killing the ulted target with procing one vital, all, or all but doesn't kill, you gain a heal field. Jeez, and you think you had it rough compared to, idk, Aatrox mains who had the core identity of their champ be replaced because it was too "carbon copy" to Tryndamere's. Sure, the rework might be working, but it still has glaring issues.
