High Elo Yasuo Tips

So my elo is high Gold - Platinum. What I've noticed is that in this elo, whenever the enemies see this guy, they do everything they can to not let him breathe. Counterpicks, camps by junglers, focus in tfs even if he is not fed. I couldn't believe it. This did not happen in silver - low gold elo (which might explain why people tend to consider Yas an "easy" champ). I have noticed this the most when I play this guy specifically. I don't want to stop playing him because I really like him (I'm close to 500k mastery points). I can handle most of the match ups, but I do need some tips:

1. Do I pick him without hesitation because he is my main, like before, or in certain match ups only?
2. How do I survive in the early game? Junglers tend to camp my lane, they do everything they can to shut me down.
