A small indicator if they have not played that champion recently in ranked (within the last 4 weeks)

In champion select when a player hovers their intended pick, could a small icon or indicator be shown to warn the other team members if they have not played that champion, in a bout a month (4 weeks), or maybe even at all. I do not mind playing with people who know a champion through and through, but just took some time off. I have a few of those champions. But this is not about them. This is just for those who decide today, that this very match, is going to be their Lee Sin debut.

Maybe an Icon for each would be better. Like a first time ever and a first time in just a while. If they say they know the champion good, I hope so at least. But this is just so if I see something questionable, I can get an idea if they have tried it before, or if they don't even know how to play that champion.
