I think I have the AOE problem solved on aram.

simply make an item that makes aoe spells less effecting. Think about it, and dominate that map, so making an item where a certain percent of aoe is less effecting as far as the damage goes would be very useful. Now this would be a howling abyss only item like how TT has .
