NERF FIZZ (MR DODGE EVERYTHING IN TEAM FIGHTS!)

I hate how is so simple and so annoying. All he does is jump everything and take no damage then when lands and does so much damage!. I am tired of man. His r and w are a double ult, they hit multiple people.
