FPS tanking/drop since patch 7.24

I once had this issue in 7.22 like a lot of other people did where the frames would drop dramatically once minions started spawning, and it's returned to get me in 7.24. Whatever they did, it fixed the issue for 7.23, but returned in 7.24. When you're use to playing 180 fps, and then it drops to 30-45 fps, it's extremely aggravating. I know that riot has posted issues about fps drops for high end computers, and I think I maybe one of those victims. I've already tried troubleshooting the fps issue every possible way that Riot support has posted up on the boards, and to no success. I even tried a reboot for LoL with an uninstall and clean install. I am now only praying that this issue will go away in 8.1.
