Is Kled not a viable top laner?

He has a lot of bad matchups... most of which happen to be popular in this meta. Does that make him unavailable? possibly if only those champions are played. But he still has some good mathcups as the recent pro games show.

I don't see him that often, but I've never felt he was weak.

Because he can beat camille into a bloody/oily puddle.
