Is it just me that haven't learned to play around the item yet or am I wrong to think that the item might seem a little strong for a support item compared to the fairly low cost it has? Not only does it have insanely long range it also has quite a big area coverage for the AOE effect. I know it has a 2.5 sec delay but given the area it cover I find it hard to be able to get out even at high movement speed. It is basically 10% max health unavoidable damage, not counting in the friendly unit heal it also provide, and it only cost 2100 to build.

High elo players have basically said that it could be nerfed to do nothing except the heal and it'd still be worth buying, so yeah, it is super cost efficient.
