People seem angry about this rune refund thing

I don't get it. Are the runes the first thing you've wasted in this game? I personally think the whole thing is a time sink and I log-out furious close to 85% of the time.

Furthermore, this Rune refund thing is new. The removal of deviant players has been the "rotting infrastructure" of LoL for at least 2 seasons now.

AND they won't bring back Team Builder. I just feel like there's a lot to be angry about. Let's not take our eyes off the prize on some ostensibly bad rebate when we all know it's a vocal minority looking for a cash grab.
