whats up with the lack of key fragments. like i have 12 chests to open and 0 key frags. they should drop a lot more often

I mean you get 12 key fragments each month, which gives you 4 keys. If you're not able to earn any fragments, then it's likely because you're not playing enough or you're not winning enough.
