New rune bug?

I tried to take the new runes, Nimbus Cloak and Ultimate Hunter, on Udyr in a practice tool and it kept giving me the Nullifying Orb and Relentless Hunter runes in there place. Riot can you please help me understand whats going on?

Udyr doesnt truly have an Ultimate, he is treated like a champion with 4 basic abilities, the game is stopping you from wasting rune slots
