Change Surrender Time to 15 Minute Mark
Games are ending much more quickly than they were, and it's much more predictable to see who will win way before the surrender mark. Change the Surrender time to 15 minutes so we can go on with our lives.

I support this post very much. The games are lasting less time in this pre season, perhaps they should adjusting all times, including Drag respawn and Baron spawning.
