Can something be done about motherfucking AP Annie?

Issues in her kit: Dmg: Q and R deal a crap ton of damage and can't be dodged. Her Q also only has 4sec cd. CC: She can stun you for a long period 3 times in one single teamfight. Her stun is easy to land unlike for example: Brand. Mana: Doesn't need manaregen. Check her core build in the link below as well as her last Q buff for 'proof'.

Issues in her win/playrate: http://champion.gg/champion/Annie/Middle Played in midlane 10% of all games while having a 55% winrate. 2nd best mid choice after Ahri, and we know how strong that chick is as well.

Issues in her last balance changes:

> Q: Base damage reduced to 80 / 115 / 150 / 185 / 220 from 85 / 125 / 165 / 205 / 245. Ability power scaling increased to (+ 80% AP) from (+ 70% AP). If Disintegrate kills its target, the cooldown is reduced by half (in addition to refunding the mana). W: Base damage decreased to 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 from 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280. **Ability power ratio increased to (+ 85% AP) from (+ 75% AP). ** R: Base damage decreased to 175 / 300 / 425 from 200 / 325 / 450. **Ability power ratio increased to (+ 80% AP) from (+ 70% AP). **

Annie's base dmg was lowered but her AP ratios were increased. Everyone will tell you "this was to nerf support Annie and keep sololane Annie viable", what they won't mention is her AP ratios were increased by more than needed.

I did the math, her rank 5 Q and R do more damage than before these changes when she gets 250 AP. Guess what? AP usually have 500 to 800 AP which makes this a large buff.
