Ultimate cooldown sound

can we get some kind of audio and or visual feed back that is extremely obvious when Long ultimates come off of cooldown. I lose a lot of fights by not noticing my ultimate coming off cooldown and it seems like it should be a very easy quality of life improvement. Thanks.
