MAKE like a mark when pantheon hits an enemy twice with two different abilities within 4.5 seconds . THE MARKED enemy will take true damage eqaul to 10% of pantheon max attack damage(MARK ACTIVATES ONLY BY USING PANTHS ABILITIES OR THE BUFF DOES NOT PROQ)!!!!!!!!!!!! . Marked enemy cant get unmarked
