Who do You Pick Against LeBlanc?

Basically the title. I mostly like to play immobile miss like Vel'Koz and Heimerdinger, but LeBlanc has a field day with them, so I'm wondering which champ I should learn to play so I can at least not feed against her.

Mordekaiser I rush Abyssal Scepter. My burst > Her burst. She has to blow through my high mr and passive to hurt me. I have 15 magic penetration from runes alone and I doubt she is rushing MR... so I do nearly true damage to her while she is doing poopoo damage to me.

This method works against all assassins, btw. Mordekaiser es #1 huehuehue

There are two things you need to do aganist LeBlanc:

  1. Stay on the edge of her Disortion range, so you can dodge it by simply moving backwards.
  2. Catch her while she's Disorting towards you. If she uses it to dodge something, she wastes a lot of damage, as such will use it damage you 95% of the time

I'll give you the rundown of all champions that I can think of that will help you with that. Ahri timing Charm can be wonky, but can be used to negate Disortion. You can use ult to reposition basically negating everything that isn't Q or Q-R. Annie Obvious offender and anti-assassin. Just drop Tibbers on her face and she dies. Azir Well timed WE or R will neuter LB just as Ahri. Chogath Too tanky for her too kill and silence prevents her from running away. Fizz Trollpole - self explanatory Galio Is is even necessary to mention THE anti-mage? Lissandra Freeze her when she gets in range and shit on her. Lux Snare prevents her from recasting Disortion or using Mimicked one. Can be wonky, though. Malzahar QWER, send my best regards to your shopkeeper. Mordekaiser As mentioned. Get some MR LB is neutered with mere damage and tankiness. Riven Assuming you are one of those guys. Instant stun followed by a knockup and a shield on top of that. LB might run away, but she won't kill Riven. Ryze Not seen or player Ryze after his rework, but he still has his point'n'click root. Can't fail with that. Swain Possibly - never played Swain, but I assume his point'n'click damage and tankiness will make it hard for LB to do anything. Syndra My main and favourite pick aganist any LeBlanc. Stun the bitch when she dashes, drop the bass with the Force of Will, then ult her and walk away as gold is transfered to your account. Talon Wonky, but you can time Anklecut and dodge her Disortion at which point she'll either dash away with Mimic or die. Velkoz The Eyeball could work, but you need to save E for until she dashes, else you automatically lose. Vladimir Trollpool + outsustain her. Xerath Same as with Ahri, Lux and Syndra. Zed He can push her to the tower with ease and well timed Death Mark will negate a lot of LB's damage.

Of course most of those champions require some experience or quick fingers.

Regarding myself. Back when LB was pick-or-ban last season I had to either stop playing my waifu Syndra or learn how to play aganist her. Turned out playing aganist LB is easier than people make it out to be.

Believe it or not Fiddlesticks mid is an amazing counterpick to her. His silence has more range than any of her spells, so he can harass her. And stop her from porting back to her marker. A trade usually ends up with her hitting you with a QW combo, but then you hitting her with a QEW combo before she can run back to her mark. Most of the time this will almost completely heal u, and it will greatly hurt her.

She can also keep trying to fight u by ulting or using her E. But ur drain simply takes away almost all the damage that she can do to you, as none of her spells can stop the channel.

Personally I play Katarina and rush item 3001. I don't have to worry about mana, my MR mitigates a huge chunk of her damage, and my ult doesn't give a single shit about her passive.

Xerath Surprised no one has said this guy yet.

Ahri Ahri can outplay her, but she's still very squishy.

Kassadin Maybe? I honestly dont know.

Really anyone with some cc and poke can drop her. Lissandra , Malzahar , hell Ive killed her with Sona 's burst too.

I pick Heimerdinger vs LB. You are playing him wrong, if you lose vs her. The only way she can kill you is with jungler dive, but you will take at least one of them with you. Galio and Morde are the best vs her, if you can't destroy her with them, better uninstall.

Orianna Just put some early levels in E. Anivia Q and R debuff stays on the original when she clones, so just slap her with E when her passive goes off and you're good to go. Plus your passive should keep you from feeding. Annie 100-0 real fast. Galio She'll run oom way before she kills you. Kayle Ult her full combo, heals for early game. Malzahar Her Q no longer ends your ult. Stick your QW on her W cast spot so when she comes back she's silenced and ready to be ulted. Maokai Again, she'll run oom before she kills you. Lissandra Ult to dodge her combo or ult to keep her in place, either way works for you. Swain Stick that W where her W cast was, if her initial burst doesn't kill you, you'll win every time. Yasuo An overall stupidly powerful champion. Even if you don't beat her in lane, you'll undoubtedly have 300 farm at some point in the game and be able to three shot everyone.

For a pure lane match up annie and lissandra can work well. The sec she jumps in you you CC her.

Pretty much any champ that has reliable CC makes it a favorable match up.

Mordekaiser actually does well against her, and can out counter-burst her post 6. Only issue is, you're extremely vulnerable to ganks, and charging your shield (which is what you need if you want to reliably face her) pushes the wave.

Sukishoo5/16/2015, 9:58:42 PM1 votes

Galio Diana Morgana Syndra Talon Zed

Old Man Teeto5/16/2015, 3:41:24 PM1 votes

Chogath is immobile but can hold his own in the lane. Be careful of ganks though, Le-Blanc sets them up quite well.

Morgana is the standard pro counterpick

Ziggs sit far away and throw bombs for wave clear.
