As someone who loves champions constantly nerfed due to pro play

Watching champions like Graves and Irelia go this long without meaningful nerfs just leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. There were I saw Gangplank and Shen seemingly get nerfed for the hell of it. Oh GP has a 2:40 ult CD? Let's just bump it to 3 minutes. Oh Kleptomancy is op? Let's nerf that and nerf Gp's early mana pool in his weakest part of the game. Let's nerf Shen's slow for the fun of it. Maybe Shen's ult should be a litttttle long CD, how bout we nerf it?

Like I get it's their game and and it should be balanced for a high level of play but fuck. Maybe I should just main Garen.
