Fiddle QoL change

Hello,

maybe some of you aren't aware of this but you can queue a point and click ability (e.g. Fiddle's Fear, Garens Ultimate) and then flash. I will immediately cast the ability because it was queued.

It would be awesome to be able to queue Fiddle's Fear during his ultimate channel instead of having to smash your keyboard to cast it as early as possible.
