Fundamental Instabilities in the game?

Perhaps this is just me,

but I feel like aside from trolling, int'ing, afk/feeders, another big issue that makes the overarching game just that much more frustrating to play are the little bugs and issues with the game. The two in particular that have actually screwed me over many times in recent games would be minion behaviors and turret aggro. The randomness of both causes a lot of problems, especially when you consider the fact that minion waves and turrets essentially make up the bread-and-butter of every game.

Regarding minion behaviors, there are two primary issues that I am sure players have run into more than once in every elo/skill bracket, and they are collision and aggro/targeting. I don't think too much more needs to be said regarding either, there are numerous examples from streamers and probably a lot more that I'm sure any one can pull up just by going through replays of old matches. Collision should not be so bad that players get blocked to their deaths, blocked from taking the shortest route out of turret range, blocked from dodging skill shots, etc... Likewise, aggro is just as big of an issue. People losing random last hits because minions decide to swap target on the very last second for no apparent reason is also another frustrating factor of the game.

Turret Aggro, same thing honestly. The turret sometimes having further range than where it should be, and sometimes having shorter range is pure ridiculousness. I understand that it shifts between a relatively small amount, but with the current meta being the way it is and how people are playing with a dive-oriented mindset, one turret shot can often mean the difference between living and dying, and the small amount that it shifts randomly by is enough to skew that.

I'm really hoping some of this stuff can get fixed in some way and I'm sure each game would feel slightly less frustrating if some of these things are changed. Considering how many games people end up playing in a day, the slightly less frustration can really add up and potentially make the game more enjoyable.
