[Petition] Can we diasble yasuo from Bronze 5 to Plat III?

I am sure I am not the only one here that believes that yasuo players are LITERALLY the worst. Every time there's a yasuo on my team they at least go 10 deaths, usually 0-2 kills and that's because they flashed late game to pick up a low health target. Yasuo is a mechnaically complex champ, people should not be playing him in ranked if not comfortable (I am really good, then feeds). How are you gold III and you go 0/12 Yasuo??? The least you can do is sit at tower and not feed so your teammates can at least carry. okay I'm done with my rant..... Please Riot release an intentional bug for yasuo and take him down until Im mid plat T_T then Ill finally ban a champion out of fear of it getting fed and not out of fear it will feed the enemy team.
