Annie "rework"

So I've been saying this to my friends for a while now, and I think a lot of people can agree, but playing against Annie literally takes the fun out of playing that game. Whether you're getting crushed by her or crushing her yourself, she just isn't a fun champion to play against in my opinion and it's even worse for me now because riot has been preaching about removing abilities with no counter play etc every time they nerf someone. Corki q was nerfed a while back because there was no counter play and that instant burst of damage was really strong, but why is it ok for a champion to have a huge instant aoe damaging ability that has no counter play to it? especially if it stuns for the most part. It's very annoying when you see a shut down Annie / a 1-4-0 Annie with very little farm come back to lane with no ability power boosting items just fully combo you and burst you 100-0 on at least half the mid laners out there. She is impossibly easy to play and has way too much reward in my opinion, and all she has to do is hold her stun up and you have to play very very cautious, even if ahead. What I'm suggesting is why not re-work her ultimate so it has counter play to it, why not do the same thing that was done with corki and make her throw tibbers into the air and him fall down on you. Not only could you adjust the cast time on it for any time you want, you could also add an epic looking animation with tibbers tumbling down and crushing the earth beneath him as he lands or something. This animation would allow for counter play and out play potential, potentially make people want to play her because of the cool animation, but overall update this dated champion to an extent. Again, I don't think she's ridiculously broken, I just think she takes so much fun out of the game when she's in it and this is all my opinion and I'd just love to hear the thoughts of others in the community. Also just mentioning the idea of reworking her brings so many ideas on how she could be made into a much more interesting champion with keeping her same identity as the dark child no one ever wants to have.
