Idea for sticky fighter ability(anti-hyper mobility/anti-flash...)

Active: Your next 2 basic attacks against champions causes you to dash to the target within 500 range.

If the second attack is against a new target or the empowered attack kills it's target you gain the effect for your next attack.

Duration: 3 seconds refreshed upon resets. Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds after last empowered attack. On-Target Cooldown: Static 10 seconds excluding first attack on primary target.

I think this would be a good way to incorporate some counter to hyper mobile champs that requires patience and skill to utilize to it's full potential.

Like if the player doesn't hold on to their second attack or use it on another target, they wont gain the additional leap, and enemy's can take the risk of tanking out the 3 second duration then using their escape to prevent the second dash.

It could also be used to dash to an extended frontline to get to the backline, baiting, dodging, blocking, escape, but only if used properly and with risk.

I think it would be a fair mechanic because of the effort and risk required to use it effectively, due to it only applying to enemy champions.
