can we get more time for runes and shit?

im honestly surprised at how shit this is like i take maybe 10 seconds to consider what to play and boom in game wrong runes spells etc wtf? im mostly talking blind pick but still in ranked if your one of the last picks you have basicly 0 time to get shit together after you pick a champion ...
