The Forgotten (Balance Questions)

So remember when riot decided to buff and Riven because AD casters were weak while Urgot, Varus, and Jayce looked on in indignation. Whats the deal with this, Riven gets buffed while Urgot is left in the dust after he was nerfed for being a heavily underplayed side dish of the month last season?

Also Sejuani, the cinderhulk insanity is over is it really necessary that for the first 30 odd minutes of the game a beast riding warlord hits with all the force of a yordle riding a yorkie?

Just some season 6 salt that will never be read.

Last I checked, Urgot was in line for a massive rework, so they're probably keeping him low key until then. Like Poppy.

No idea about Sej though.

Riot buffed Riven because she was horribly weak. 43% win rate when over 35% of her players have more than 125 games on her! They only buffed the champions that were hit particularly hard - Zed had a 43% win rate (although was definitely over buffed. He didn't need that much) and Kha also had a 43% win rate. I understand win rate isn't everything, but 43% means that something is wrong.

Urgot is being deliberately kept weaker than average because his kit has fundamental problems (He is on the list for a rework), Riot consider Jayce weak because of his dependence on manamune, which they think needs changes, and Varus is strong enough to have been played in professional games recently. None of the three you mentioned were or are as weak as Riven, Zed and Kha were in the patch before their buffs.
