Your client is completely and utterly awful.

I've been forced out of 3 ranked games in the past week because your client just leaves me on a blank screen. I can't even alt+f4. I can't even get to task manager, I'm literally unable to tab out of your broken ass client to close it to try and reopen it.

Why? Why is this even acceptable? Literally no other game that I have ever played has just left me on an indefinite black screen that can't be closed. You are literally the largest video game in the world, is it really that hard to fix something as simple as a client?

There's so much wrong with this mess of a video game, but I honestly couldn't care less about that right now. I just want to play your game without being forced out of it, and then being given a leaverbuster because YOUR client decided to kill itself on me!

On that note, why the hell do you give leaverbusters when the client messes up? No one is going to voluntarily leave before the game even begins, so why the hell does it count as a full loss, and give a leaverbuster? Just give a -10lp loss and a 10 minute dodge timer, so people can't abuse it to dodge without losing lp, a loss if you're in promos, and boom. Problem solved.

I just want to play the game. Is that so much to ask? Is it so much to ask that I want to even attempt to load up the game?

Sincerely, someone who likes your game but actually wants to play it.
