Heimer has a 56% winrate in platinum elo

no heimerdinger is the healthiest champ in confront of vayne

This is an issue. He can push WHOLE CHAMPIONS out of lane. His top lane win ratio is also ridiculously high. We need to stand against the donger movement.

I only think he is really good in melee matchups. If you are against a melee champ and a melee jungler, you just place the triangle of doom down and you're safe. If they try and jump on you, Ult Q and they get destroyed. In ranged matchups though where they can take out his turrets, he isn't as affective I find. He is really matchup reliant. I don't think the winrate tells the whole story. Need to know what champs this is against because I predict it's mostly against melee while his ranged matchups he gets shit on a lot still

It's always the same on top lane:

Melee champs dominating: Ranged champions comes and destroys them, zoning, denying all cs. Ranged champions dominating: People complaning about lack of diversity top lane, melee champs unviable

-> Ranged top champions nerfed

Melee champs dominating again, other ranged champs are picked.
