completely attributed to building first (before first core upgrade 1250 is a lot)

and avoiding like the plague.

legit, viktor doesn't need the auto damage, his raw is enough. 1 or 2 lasers is all it takes, just focus on the laser, max it first. promise <3

even if you wanted the extra damage on the auto for maximum output, the 10% CDR and 20 ap is such a big difference for viktor you have no idea.

some say its a waste, but im telling you, 10% cdr, 20ap, is soooo clutch, moreso than an early lich bane will ever be.

thunderlords vs dft is debatable. but i take dft because i really want access to the 7% pen.
