Can Kindred get a slight change to their marks?

Currently they have a guaranteed weak ass early game for a chance to have a stronger mid-late game is not balancing fairly. Problem is that you will always have, 100% of the time, a weak early game. But you will not always have a strong mid-late game. This is why I hate RIOT's push for fast, snowballing games. It completely shits on mid-late game scaling champions.

Now if they had close to the same probability, near 100% chance, of having said strong mid-late game, then that would be more or less balanced. But their requirement to invade for jungle marks, and the marks from champions are never guaranteed to be obtainable. You could realistically finish a game with 0 marks collected because you were countered so well. The game even shows the enemy where you need / want to go for the marks. Meaning that they actively can deny you your own scaling.

So, what if every 5 minutes they gain a mark, for the first 20 minutes. That way they at least will have 4 marks, enough for their first range upgrade, by the time you reach 20 minutes. After that the marks are their own to collect.

Yes, if Kindred is having an extremely good game, then maybe a limiting factor could be added, like if she has 4 before 20 minutes, the passive mark generation will ends early on the collection of their 4th mark (either from the passive or elsewhere).
