Why do losing streaks make your experiance worse and worse

So, i main pantheon top. I can keep a 60% win rate with him if i get him everygame. But in draft mode i like to try out other champs for fun or to just learn there movesets. Unfortunately when i do this i lose, and my winrate drops. I feel like when my winrate drops the chances of me being qued with retards is more likely. For example when i have more wins then losses i notice the people im qued with actually have common sense. The game experiance is like 200% better because their is teamwork and peopel actually doing shit. The second you try out a few champs and get under 50/50 win rate its just a terrible experiance. I mean like ill be 8/0/2 and the score will literally be 8/24, with all lanes getting crushed but mine. My point is there is somethin clearly happening here with the matchmaking and i dont understand it. All i know is that it makes me never want to try new champs out in fear of dropping my winrate.
