Unpopular opinion

Champions that do a large amount of aoe damage should not be able to 100 to 0 in one rotation.

Sure its not a fotm arguement nor is it one i have ever seen on these boards but i believe that it should be a core concept of this game. Generally these champions are more often than not some sort of utility mages who do bring other things to the game other than alot of damage.

Sure damage will need to toned down across the entire roster to allow such a change to occur but is that such a bad thing.
