I'm just wondering when the Slayer/Zombie, and the Harrowing skins will be released? I've been waiting for them, and it seems like Rito is going to end up releasing them after Halloween..? Which in my opinion is kinda stupid.

Same as you guys :< all week I have been looking forward to see what this harrowing will offer and hopefully pick up some old and new legacy skins however all that has been released so far is a story and it is Halloween ;<. I was looking to pick up haunted 
and maybe ravenborn 
and slayer 
. I already have a few harrowing skins off mystery gift such as pumpkinhead 
and frankentibbers 
and bewitching 
and definitely not 
but I am getting a bit bored at the moment and have had those skins ages and they haven't released any information. Only seem to be hearing about worlds and the preseason changes. I would have expected Riot to take my money by now XD. It's also a shame there is no map or minion changes and no gamemode this time around as well.
They're too damn worried about their stupid world championship to care about us casual players that just wanna have fun and celebrate Halloween
