Next future Cinderhulk nerf = A tiny buffed Juggernaut item

Btw, I'm talking about the old Juggernaut jungle item before it got replaced by Cinderhulk. I played a bot game with a tank jungler Skarner, and so far, with my recent tank builds I can only reached a maximum of 590 HP on Cinderhulk itself. This, to me, is not very impressive.

So the next time Cinderhulk gets another nerf on its base or bonus% HP for god knows why, could you add back the 35% Tenacity & 10% CDR just like the old Juggernaut item used to? Doesn't have to be 35%, can be like 20% or so.
