attack speed needs a soft cap on its way to 2.5

just a mini soft cap. I think its absurd that an adc is getting 2.3-2.5 attack speed with two and a half items because most of them have attack speed steroids and items stack to well also ardent censor.

add some diminishing returns for stacking zeal items ffs. they are already cheap. 2600 gold for them. make them stack less reliably. not shit. but less reliably ffs.

you should be trading attack speed for lower damage on autos. thats why lucian and ezreal are shit. they are both short ranged that do not have the trade power of other carries. neither the attack speed or the range.

you will help carries like lucian and ezreal bot lane with this change.
