Announcement Packs & Themes that come with the Pack?

Ya know, I've been playing League for quite a whiles now, and enjoy the game very much. Lvl 30, and all that. I was just wondering if you guys would ever make announcer packs that include themes. Would you? Would be cool, I really liked the Gangplank Announcer, and the theme song that came with it. If anything, I'm pretty sure I'd do anything to buy that announcer pack if you guys made announcer packs. Plus, I'm pretty sure you have had various announcers throughout the years of League itself. I don't know if anyone else would like announcer packs as a store thing, but I would love it. But again, would you guys ever add announcer packs to be able to buy in the store? DOTA 2 has announcer packs they sell.
