Can't decide what jungler should i play

is a monster, and he is extremely consistent. Get good with him and wreck fools.
The others deal a great deal of damage, but can be feast or famine. Too many people know how to handle Lee.

Very easy and very reliable early to mid, monstrous when ahead because of his ULT.
Play the one you're best at, if you manage to learn and master Nidalee like I did she will feel very easy and op with the DH rune.

You should play someone that you know how to engage with. I'm assuming you are wanting a jungler that can keep the newbs in line. That won't happen. But you can find someone who can move around the map fast. So I'd go with rengar if you had to choose between those 4. I think Kayn is a great choice. Lee sin is usually great too. You should get someone that can get sweeper though early. Find someone who won't die in .5 seconds if they get cc'd. It may be a good idea to find someone that doesn't have to gank early, but can. For me Kayn, Lee sin, and I will be picking up Amumu. You should find someone that can dive towers. There's something about killing people under tower that really sets in defeat.

he has been consistently good in season 8 and season 9 jg is not much different so he will most likely be good, he can also build as a carry or as a bruiser that gives you a lot of options, also if adcs become meta he does really well vs them, he also is not that hard to play.
If you wanna rank-up, the easiest way to do it is learning meta champions (right now xin is one of meta champs). But if you wanna play4fun play the funniest one.
