Adcs need love

Well, I was playing, and in two of my games, there was a hecarim. I cry. Anyways, as an adc, I kept geting hecarim ulted into a yasuo ult. How do I stop that from killing me every fight instantly. It was like a malphite/yas combo but hecarim is fast af and its hard to dodge his ult. Same thing with fizz. I dodged his fish, and then it grew so much the tip hit me and I was hit with the fish. I am not the best player, I know, but is a nerf coming up or are adcs just not going to be looked on. I mean assasins are getting a rework and a new assasin is coming out. I am just wondering if riot will release a new adc item or like a new adc.
