A few suggestions that I want to bring up

Frozen mallet's been buffed at the start of preseason or official season, but i rarely see people using it. I really wonder why. Aside from my curiosity, i;ve thought about buffing Frozen mallet's HP to 680~700. I presume it gives more than what other 3100 Gold items do, but i want to see some Tankers/Juggernauts using frozen mallet more often.

Death fire touch, the one of the most unpopular keystone masteries, deserves a little more interest that it is receiving right now. I thought it could substitute the place for Death Fire Grasp from last season - that may be the reason why it holds 'Death fire' in its name - but right now, almost everyone is using Fervor of battle or Thunderlord's decree. So, i came up with this slight change for it: gives X% additional dot damage for area/singe targeting skills, and amplifies dot damage(like Teemo's E) by Y%.

Infamous Thunderlord's decree need to be stopped. It has high damage output compared to other offensive masteries without a risk. And its cooldown is similar to a normal skillshot. For its balance, what if the champions overall damage reduced by 5% when the mastery is off??

I know my english is bad but i want to share some thoughts with people about my suggestions so please bare with me.

From what I've heard the only reason thunderlords is being picked so much is because of the 45% cdr mastery. Or at least that the only reason I take it

Naw thunderlords should just replace Warlord's and a new keystone be put into the cunning tree. The reason i say this is because warlords is such a specific niche keystone when, at least how riot explained them, they are intended to be usable, but not limited to specific groups of champions. So i've got to wonder why there are 2 purely auto attack based keystones in ferocity.
