Talon nerf??

Talon - Nerfs to passive damage levels 1-11 and Q. Looking to reduce his power against other melee lanes especially where those effects are disproportionately powerful (much easier to access)

You mean against players who cant walk sideways to avoid getting hit by return part of Talon's W, right? Because of how slow that shit is, I doubt any decent player will allow him to proc his passive that easy, melee or not. And its not like Talon has any mana right, he can spam W all day long, yeah?

Which melee champs is Talon bullying btw? ??

Also speaking of strong against melee....wtf is ? Clearly he is in a bad spot and is bullied out of lane at level 2, right?
