Stop giving massive buffs out of nowhere that break champs ( next patch)

Like top lane is starting to become unplayable if you're not playing one of those selected champs, theres so many S+ tiers added into the lane every patch to the point where out of meta champs drop even more behind the pack, this means those champs have to get buffed and again, here we got with massive levels of powercreep, which is terrible for the game in the long run.

NERF THE PROBLEM CHAMPIONS INSTEAD, STOP TURNING A BLIND EYE INTO just because they are MAGES (balance team favorite class if anyone not aware), delete klepto from the game already as it brings nothing good but cheese and ranged top abuse.
