Can Riot make it so that Warwick players can easily identify who is low without having to look around the whole map. All they need to do is put the thing that Rengar and Kindred have when they are hunting (the bar right above their items that show the portraits of the enemy team) and have the portraits turn red when they are being hunted. It will just make Warwick able to determine who to gank if he has a constant awareness of who he can chase.
I don't think Warwick needs it, for two reasons;
Adding the Enemy Champion list and having it flare up to show who's hunted would kind of ruin Warwick's theme of pure, primal hunting by blood-scent. It's so much more thematically pleasing for Warwick to have to look around and see the enemies to know who he's hunting, and even more thrilling to blindly tunnel on that one person below 25% health who's hidden by the Fog of War.
It would also have a bit of an issue with the Champion's kits in which it's used; it's used on Rengar and the Kindred because they can actively benefit from hunting those specific Champions (Rengar's being a checklist, and Kindred's being a renewing targeting board), whereas Warwick doesn't actually gain anything from killing Unique or targeted Champions. Not having a mechanic that would suit the Enemy Champion list like Mark of the Kindred or Bonetooth Necklace means that Warwick having the list would create a problem of gameplay clarity. ("why don't I get buffs from killing these Champs like Kindred/Rengar?")
