Why give Kled a 5 second Grievous timer?

His job as a DIVER should not be dismantling sustain based champions and fighters. His job should be to dive, so why is he getting a buff that encourages him not to?

This change doesn't make sense to me. Its hard enough dealing with him as a juggernaut, now I can't even exercise my only win condition of outlasting him. Do I have to worry about another Permaban lane opponent now?
