I honestly don't have any problem with Dynamic Queue...

Sure it sucks to be matched against premades, but I haven't had much problems with it. Now I can play with multiple people instead of having to play favorites with different friends. Even when playing solo I don't have a problem. You get the roles you want and are good at and 3 different people get bans. And in addition, every time I play with multiple friends, I mostly get matched up against multiple other people who queue together. Really haven't had much to complain about.
