Kled issues

I recently played about 4 games as Kled. I really like his playstyle but there are a few things I feel need tweaked. I am going to address the top three here. Please tell me if you think I am off the mark or what you think is the issue with Kled.

In my opinion the biggest issue with Kled is the delay he has before mounting. In just four games I have died as Skarl is running to me almost EVERY time. The only times I have not died while mounting is when I am farming and I FINALLY get enough courage to mount up. For a champion who is designed to go HAM AS FUCK that delay on his mount is WAY too painful. I believe Kled would be a lot better as an initiator if that delay was removed.

The second issue with Kled that I have experienced is how hard it is to generate Courage. Though I believe this issue is actually a bug that Riot will address soon the fact that Kled does not generate even a little courage while fighting large monsters is painful. Makes it VERY hard for him to jungle. It might also be a good idea to make Kled generate a small amount of courage off Canon and Siege Minions though the large monster bit is more important. Though I think Q-Pocket Pistol should generate more courage when you hit more than one bullet.

Finally the biggest issue I have had other than the ones above is how easy it is for champions to cancel the pull from Bear trap on a rope. The shrinking radius gives too much leeway to champions to get away before the slow is applied. I don't want anything really changed though as I think its smart in many regards for counterplay and a good indicator of good vs great Kled players ( I barely qualify as average). That said maybe a small slow or very short root on hit would help with how often I had enemies get away. Though I would want the opinion of someone who can play him better whether that is actually needed or not.

So what do you guys think? Would these changes help him or just break him?
