@Meddler: Can Hunter's Talisman give mana regen in the dragon pit (and possibly river)?

It's kind of dumb that machete junglers get their full jungle item effect while doing the dragon, but talisman junglers get gimped really hard.

It's at the point where I start machete on Evelynn even though it's the inferior jungle item on her, just because I want soloing dragon to be an option if it's free.

(Note: if you DO add this buff but make it dragon pit only, can you include a screenshot in the patch notes with a circle showing its range, so we know? It would still be preferable to have it be the entire river though. Because scuttles is a pain too. And like, pulling the dragon out of the pit is a thing you do if you're smart)

EDIT: Oh yeah, Herald/Baron pit too pls. Even tho that's really situational, it would still be nice.
