New Viktor Changes patch 6.9 Discussion

So what do you guys think of the new viktor changes Personally I like the change to Q. It mirrors both the release viktor, and the 1st pre work viktor in like a hybrid, and i think thats really cool. E is fine delay feels clunky but it does more damage so its balances out the R is the only thing I have a problem with the 2 second delay to me is way too long, and isn't viktor like
