Fiora extremely unviable?

Fiora is one of the BEST duelist in the game. Its so so rare for me to loose a 1v1 against any top laner. Her problem though, is her ability to solo carry a game. In many team fights as fiora its hard to determine a time to go in due to the lack of cc and aoe abilities in her kit. besides her W, which you wanna use to stun, Most of the time your just standing there waiting to ult someone Whos low or catch a tank or somebody roaming (or maybe split push).

Riot is probably sick of fiora and don't wanna touch her again till a way later date but I think the W should be changed to something more useful. An aoe ability maybe, maybe if she press W twice it removed the ability to absorb hits but does damage in a cone / circle? Fiora is such a fun character to play I just want her to be more useful in fights when ahead so I can carry games with her.
